Assessments

When your goal is personal and professional growth, a sound psychological assessment is a great starting point. The power in psychological testing is in its ability to reveal how you compare to others. For example, you may score lower than 98% of the population in your flexibility as measured by the EQ-i. That means, your discomfort with change may not be shared with as many of your co-workers as you might think. Moreover, you may value recognition less than most as measure by the Hogan which means you may forget to acknowledge the achievements of your employees when they need it most. Psychological tests can be a vehicle for insight. Since self-awareness tends to halt as leaders progress in their careers, tools to gain insight are a worthy investment towards growth.
