My Background

​

I earned my PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2014. Upon completing my degree, I joined the U.S. Army and served on active duty for almost 10 years. While in the Army, I worked within the Special Operations community engaging in personnel selection, leader development, organizational interventions, team building, program improvement research, and other forms of applied psychology aimed to make high performers better.

I have since left the Army and am now focused on applying my skillset to the civilian sector. I am board certified in Organizational and Business Consulting Psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology and would be honored to partner with you to help you and your organization achieve your goals.
